All reservations are for 90 minutes. Unfortunately, this cannot be extended, as our Hot Air Balloon Tables and Gondolas require cleaning and preparation between bookings.

Yes. Our Christmas Hot Air Balloon Tables and Gondolas can only be booked when at least one package is added to the reservation.

The reservation fee is:£10 per table/gondola from Monday to Thursday£20 per table/gondola on Friday, Saturday, and SundayThis fee is in addition to the cost of any packages selected for your booking.

Bookings must be made online by 11:59pm (23:59) on the day before your chosen date.

Please check your booking date and time carefully before completing payment. Unfortunately, bookings cannot be manually amended once confirmed.

No. All bookings are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel your booking, we will do our best to offer an alternative available time slot. However, alternative availability cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure every guest enjoys a clean and fully prepared experience, we require time between bookings to clean and reset each Hot Air Balloon Table and Gondola. For this reason, reservation times are fixed and cannot be extended.

The maximum number of guests permitted is 6 for the Gondolas and 8-10 in the Hot Air Balloon Tables. For safety and comfort reasons, the maximum capacity cannot be exceeded.

Yes, children are welcome. However, all children must be included within the maximum occupancy for the table or gondola and must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Additional drinks can be purchased on the day, subject to availability, from our bar.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booking time. Due to back-to-back reservations, late arrivals may result in reduced time in your Hot Air Balloon Table or Gondola, and we may be unable to extend your session.

Parking is available nearby; however, during the Christmas period and at weekends, Bristol can be extremely busy. Please allow extra time for traffic, parking, and walking to the venue.

Your reservation will still end at the scheduled time. Unfortunately, we cannot extend bookings for late arrivals due to the cleaning and turnover schedule between guests.

Yes, your booking provides a private Hot Air Balloon Table or Gondola exclusively for your party during your reserved timeslot.

The Hot Air Balloon Tables and Gondolas are located within our Jager Barn bar. The Gondolas are fully enclosed, allowing guests to enjoy the festive atmosphere while remaining sheltered from the weather. The Hot Air Balloon tables have a roof but do not have sides.

Absolutely. Our Hot Air Balloon Tables and Gondolas are perfect for birthdays, celebrations, festive gatherings, and special occasions.
